Australian Disability Network (ADN) partnered with YSN to overhaul its digital infrastructure and deliver a scalable platform that supports its mission of advancing disability inclusion in Australian workplaces. The project brought together diverse user journeys, eCommerce, learning pathways, and complex integrations — all into a single cohesive experience.
Our Approach
This transformation went beyond surface design. It was about architecture, automation, and access — ensuring the platform could evolve with ADN’s growing impact. We delivered:
- New public website + authenticated member portal (WordPress)
- Salesforce CRM integration for contacts, memberships, opportunities, programs, and transactions
- WooCommerce-based eCommerce with Salesforce product/pricing sync and Mastercard payment gateway
- Xero integration for invoices, payments, and reconciliation
- Single Sign-On (SSO) to ClearXP LMS for courses and training
- Dynamic, role-based content for logged-in users
- Integrated event sync with Microsoft Outlook and internal calendars
- Real-time two-way sync across APIs for members, programs, and learning records
Impact
This project delivered far more than a website — it created a platform for long-term growth, community connection, and operational efficiency.

- Seamless member onboarding with synced contact + account creation in Salesforce
- Self-service portal for program applicants, eLearning participants, and employers
